Cozy and Festive Holiday Card Design with Winter Florals
Hello, friends! Svitlana here today, sharing a festive holiday card using several Altenew products to add some coziness to the design. The theme for the day is… Winter Florals!
Winter Florals: Cozy and Festive Holiday Card Design

I used the Buffalo Plaid Builder Stencil to create the red-and-black plaid background which, I'm sure you will agree, instantly adds warmth and coziness to any card.
Next, I moved on to creating the greenery elements for the card's focal point.
Adding the Winter Florals
I stamped several holly leaves onto a Solar White Cardstock using stamps from the Winter Florals Stamp Set, followed by die-cutting them using the accompanying Winter Florals Die Set.

Next, I stamped the berry pick from the same Winter Florals Stamp Set and colored it using the Cosmic Garden Artist Alcohol Markers Set. The pick was die-cut using the matching die after that.
I then die-cut a circle-ish piece using a die from the Wood Cookie Die Set out of Moonrock Cardstock. This cardstock is off-white, which adds some warmth to the design. The Wood Cookie die-cut adds this nuance as well since it's not a perfect circle, but rather a tree slice.
All the die-cut elements were adhered onto the Wood Cookie die-cut, which in turn was foam mounted onto the plaid background.
Time for Sentiments

To make the sentiment pieces, I used the Christmas Season Die Set, along with the Halftone Holidays Die Set. I adhered them to the focal element.
Next, I foam-mounted the background panel with all elements adhered to it onto a Solar White card base.
Lastly, I added several red, black, and white enamel dots from the Red Sunset and Essential Black and White Sets to accentuate the card.
And there you have it! I hope this festive holiday card with winter florals gives you happy, cozy vibes this season.
Till next time, crafty friends!
