Sweet and Fun BUT Elegant Thank You Card
Hello, everyone! It’s Aga here and today I'm sharing some tips on how to create a sweet and fun but elegant thank you card. I love mixing and matching products from different collections, categories and styles. For today’s thank you card project, I used beautiful and elegant flowers from Inked Poppies Press Plate/Foil Plate with a fun Chocolate Flowers 3D Embossing Folder from Craft Your Life Project Kit: Chocolate Flowers.
How to Create a Sweet and Fun BUT Elegant Thank You Card
I started by using my Inked Poppies Press Plate/Foil Plate with a hot foil technique for a beautiful shinny background. I used the plate with white card base and ran it through my hot foil machine using the Hot Foil Roll – Champagne (Mirror).
For the second part of the thank you card, I used Chocolate Flowers 3D Embossing Folder. I placed a piece of desired size of white cardstock inside the folder and run it through a die cutting machine for an instant raised effect.
Next, I used Milk Chocolate Crisp Dye Ink and Mini Blending Brush (Flat Bristles) to color the embossed piece. I combined it with a piece of a kitchen aluminium foil and a scrap of patterned paper to create a chocolate bar.
To finish off this sweet thank you card, I added the “Thank You” sentiment from Elegant Sayings bundle.
