Project
Today, I'll be showing how you can create a beautiful textured card with watercolor. 
I started by embossing a 4 1/4″ x 5″ x 1/2″ panel of watercolor cardstock using Rose Bouquet 3D Embossing Folder. I then colored it using Artists' Watercolor 24 Pan Set. Once this was dry, the embossed image had dropped a little. So, I placed it back into position in the embossing folder and re-embossed it.
For a little interest, I added a debossed border using a score board and a bone folder. A little splatter was added using Pure White and Iridescent Ink Sprays. The sentiment is from Fresh Bloom Stamp Set.
