Creative Coloring with Erum: Explore The Magic of Pigment Inks!

Hi everyone! Erum here with a new project and video for the Creative Coloring with Erum video series. My project today features the embossed card with Pigment Ink magic! I have combined the letterpress technique with the regular inking over embossed edges technique for this card but using different color inks. I used a darker color for the letterpress look, and to highlight the embossed design, I used white ink.

Apply Sapphire Pigment Ink on the Spring Blossoms 3D Embossing Folder. (on the backside with the text where the folder's name is).
Mist the backside of a purple color cardstock and place it in the Spring Blossoms 3D Embossing Folder, dry side facing the inked side – run it through the embossing machine.
Carefully open the folder to reveal an inked panel. Use a heat tool to dry the panel completely.
Use a foam dauber, and apply Cloud White Pigment Ink with a light hand to the embossed design. Make sure to add more white to the bunched florals and lighter as you move outwards to add interest.
Once done, dry the panel, place it in the embossing folder, and run it through the machine again to flatten the panel.
Adhere the panel to the card base with Ultra Sticky Double-Sided Adhesive. Set aside.
Die cut the word hello from Craft-a-Flower: Primrose Blossom Layering Die Set out of Sterling Glitter Cardstock.
To match the glitter cardstock with the purple cardstock, use the Deep Iris Artist Alcohol Marker and add a layer of color over it.
Die-cut 3-4 more sentiments out of purple color cardstock and adhere it underneath the glitter die-cut layer to make it sturdy. Adhere to the card front.
