Guest Designer: Pamela Ho
We have one incredibly talented designer hosting the blog today! I am sure you have seen her work before, if not, where have you been?! Take a look at what she designed for us today:
Hello everyone! This is Pamela taking over Altenew's blog for the day. Today, I am using the stamp sets Painted Butterflies and Many Thanks.
I started by painting some small dots as my background on the card base. I stamped the butterfly outline from Painted Butterflies in versafine black. I then stamped the shadows in light and dark yellow and trimmed the butterfly out. The sentiment is also from Painted Butterflies.
For my second card, I did the same dotted background but in Delicata gold ink. This time, I trimmed the scripted “thanks” sentiment from Many Thanks.
I ripped up some white tissue paper and instead of glueing it down and attaching some sewing thread, I decided to stitch it down with my sewing machine. I attached the script “thanks” and the longer sentiment onto the card with some foam tape.
Thank you Jen and Tasnim for having me over!
Thank you Pamela!
