All Things Handmade Collection Release Blog Hop + Giveaway ($300 in Total Prizes!)

Hi there everyone! Happy Friday! Lydia here and today I'm excited to be involved in our All Things Handmade Collection Release Blog Hop and Giveaway! I'll be showing how you can play with our Satin Masking Tape to create a fun rainbow prism effect.
All Things Handmade Collection
This release celebrates all things handmade. The designs feature images for artists, needleworkers, gardeners, and more! We have also included a paper pack of alcohol ink backgrounds so you can get the colorful looks you want without all the mess. We hope this release inspires you to create!
Project Inspiration: Marvelous Multi-Masking
To start, I took a 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ panel of Classic Crest Solar White Cardstock. I then masked off a ‘ray' using Satin Masking Tape and ink blended this using Cotton Candy Ink. I then removed the tape and placed this further down to create a second ‘ray' below the first and inked with Sunkissed Ink. I repeated this step and inked with Citrus Burst Ink, then Firefly Ink, as well as Mountain Mist, Iceberg, and Wisteria Inks. When all of the ‘rays' were complete I masked 3/4″ around all sides of the panel and the rays themselves. Then inked the exposed parts of the panel using Charcoal Suit Ink.
Next, I stamped the paint palette image from An Artist's Collection Stamp Set onto a piece of Classic Crest Solar White Cardstock using Obsidian Ink. The paint pan images were quickly colored with Woodless Coloring Pencils. Before being die-cut and added into place. The sentiment also comes from An Artist's Collection Stamp Set.
