This is another beautiful stencil set from Altenew! The stencils line up easily, and are beautiful when finished!! Trying a lot of different color combinations on this one!!
This stencil set is amazing! I love how the tree looks in any color palette!
I love layering stencils. The only drawback to them is non”foolproof” way to line up the layers. I would love to see a “keyhole” design in the margins of a stencil like in the layered die-cuts. Would make stencil only designs, such as this Aspen Tree/Sky so much easier as the design gets more and more intricate. I definitely made mistakes in the branch alignment of the die and fixed it with sentiment placement. So some sort of “keyhole” placement alignment in the margin would make getting it right so much easier.
I enjoyed working with these stencils. The first stencil is a little tricky because of the fine detailing otherwise it was good to go.
I love this Stencil Art Aspen Sky set. It is so versatile and the tree can be used for every season. It works for every occasion.
