Our normal order processing time prior to shipping is 3 - 4 business days. Customs fees and policies vary for each country and may change regularly. Learn more HERE.

The retreat kit will start shipping in early April. Please note that if you add other items with your May retreat registration, they will all be shipped together in early April.

Instructors will share their supply lists two weeks before the event if you want to purchase extra items. You can use the basic supplies you already have.

Once the supply list is ready, we will inform you via email to check out the retreat among your Altenew Academy classes; you will find the supply list for each class under their respective lessons.

We will email you exclusive project instructions PDFs a week before the event. These PDFs contain step-by-step project instructions, including some prep work you can complete before the retreat.

Yes. The brand-new products included in the kit will be released at a later date. However, the additional items are available at Altenew.com.

The retreat is virtual. We use the Zoom platform to host the event. We will share Zoom links via email and on the retreat Facebook group two days before the retreat. Please visit the Zoom website and create an account. Then, download and install the Zoom client. You must do this to attend the live classes on May 4th. If you need help, there are many video tutorials on the Zoom website. If you already have the Zoom client, launch it once before the retreat in case of a new update.

Yes! As always, we will invite you to join our exclusive retreat group when the event date is near so you can interact with the instructors and other participants. We will also host exciting pre-retreat events, including product reveal, unboxing, and demo sessions, so join and answer the membership questions to ensure seamless acceptance into the group!!

Don’t worry! We share all information via email as well. You can also contact us anytime at support@altenew.com if you have additional questions.

We will start uploading the class recordings after the retreat. You can find them at the Altenew Academy after the retreat on Monday, May 6th.

I am really loving this retreat! The project contents are beautiful from the stamps, dies and ink colours! I Have done 2 classes and just love the projects included. So beautifully boxed and organized along with the instructions and videos. Will do an Altenew retreat again!
