This embossing folder is so much fun! All you need is a little color blended onto your card front, run it through the embossing machine, and voila... a perfect background for a card. Birthday cards or other celebratory occasions are the obvious choices, but I think you can make this work for almost any occasion by changing the color choice and being creative with your embellishments.

My first card using this wonderful fringe background will be a birthday piñata. Any other festive occasion (New Year, anniversary celebration, etc.) would also be a perfect time to illustrate the fun and joy with fringe!
