We Should Get Together

Hello, Altenew fans! Yana is here with you today sharing a We Should Get Together card. I love to travel (in fact I just came back from Poland a few days ago) and I've made a lot of friends over the years while traveling. I try to stay in touch with everyone on Facebook or via e-mail, but sometimes its just nice to snail mail a card, don't you agree?

I made this one (and a bunch more like this to mail to friends) using Sketchy Cities Abroad stamp set. I didn't have a lot of time to spend on my cards so instead of coloring the skyline I did wet water coloring using Altenew Coral Berry and Warm Sunshine inks, very similar to what I shared in my previous blog post in video.

This time, however, I used watercolor paper and created the watercolor background first. I used Jet Black ink to stamp all of the images after my background was dry. I used Super Script 2 to stamp With Love, Label Love to stamp Missing You and Figure Effects to add We Should Get Together.
