How to Make Fun, Folk Art-Themed Cards With Creative Cuts: Houseplants
Hello everyone! Happy release day! Lydia here, and I'll be sharing a fun way to get the look of folk artsy painted pots using our fabulous acrylic markers and the new Creative Cuts Houseplants Die Set. 
I started by cutting all of the elements from Creative Cuts: Houseplants 3 times from white cardstock. I then Ink blended the white die cuts. I used a whole host of green inks for the foliage, Mint Choc and Volcano Lake Inks for the blue flowers and Pink Diamond, Pinkalicious and Sunray Inks for the larger flowers.
Once all of the flowers and foliage were ink blended I then turned my attention to the die cut pots. I thought it would be fun to create the look of hand painted pots so I used the Acrylic Marker Set and drew on some simple designs.
For the background I used Diamond Stars 3D Embossing Folder and the die cut sentiment comes from the same die set as the images.
