Want to add a little magic to your ink blending? It's really simple when you start with colored cardstock!

How to Add a Touch of Magic to Ink Blending
Today, I'm using the brand new Deco Fan Hot Foil Plate to add a little bit of sparkle and create two beautiful DIY wedding cards.

Just select your favorite hot foil roll, add your focal point and sentiment, and you will have a gorgeous Art Deco-inspired project! I added a touch of ink blending to my florals, which I created using some soft colored cardstock and the Pink Star Tulip Layering Die Set. By starting with a soft colored cardstock, I can create a gorgeous ink blend without having to ink blend the entire die-cut.
Tip! Using ink colors in the same color family creates a beautiful blend with very little effort.
To finish off my card projects, I added simple foiled sentiments that I created with the Sweet Sentiments Foil and Die Sets.
These sentiments are the perfect, sophisticated sentiment for these wedding cards.
