Dreams Come True Collection Release Video Hop + Giveaway ($200 in Total Prizes!)

Today, we are continuing our celebration and featuring products from our brand NEW Dreams Come True Collection. In case you missed it, here's a quick look at the new stamps, dies, and stencils in this collection.

Dreams Come True Project Inspiration

Today, I'll be sharing a fun ink-blended rainbow emboss resist with a gold blackout technique.

I started by taking a 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ panel of white cardstock and masked 1/2″ off all 4 sides.

Then, I added a rainbow ink blend using Coral Bliss, Snapdragon, Sunray, Firefly, Volcano Lake, and Wisteria Inks. When the piece was nicely blended, I stamped the flower branch from Tea Time Stamp Set over the panel using Antique Gold Ink.

I then took the stencil from Tea Time Coloring Stencil Set and added it into place on the leaves on the stamped image. Then, I added embossing ink through the stencil onto the leaf images and heat embossed using Crystal Clear Embossing Powder. I repeated this technique on all of the stamped leaves.

Once this was done, I went over the panel again with the rainbow ink colors, to make the colors more vivid.

Then, I heat embossed the flowers like I did the leaves before. When this was complete, I went over the panel using Antique Gold Ink and wiped off the excess ink from the embossed images.

Finally, I removed the masking tape around the panel. The sentiment is from Hello Friend Stamp Set.
