Hi, it's Therese, and I am back with another edition of Take 2 with Therese. Today, I'm sharing how to take your Nesting Dies to the next level!
Did you know that you can use Nesting Dies to create 2 shaped cards easily, imagine the possibilities! And with Valentine's just around the corner, I decided to make ‘his and hers' cards, but you can easily decorate these for any occasion.
Take Your Nesting Dies to the Next Level
Idea # 1 – For the Men!
Have you seen the Soda Top Nesting Die Set? With its unique shape, it was a fun choice for this masculine design.
I kept it clean and simple with a panel of Climbing Leaves colored with Artist Markers.
PRO TIP: Use the nesting die layers to create a perfectly shaped matching panel.
And I also added a Halftone Heart and a layered Versatile Greetings die-cut sentiment.
Idea # 2 – For the Girls!
Next is a beautiful Halftone Hearts Nesting Die-shaped card.
And this time, I added a heart panel of flowers.
I used the Doodle Bouquet Stamp Set with the coordinating Simple Coloring Stencil to create this quick design.
BONUS TIP: Why not punch a hole and add some twine to make these into cute gift tags?!
