I love all the different orange and peachy shades, they are so nice! I plan to continue to add to my collection. I love the creamier feel of the dye inks as I apply them to my cardstock and the dry pretty fast. The four shade sets make it so easy to blend the different color values to get great results. This is a great assortment of colors to to use in making flowers, especially sunflowers.
These colors are so bright and cheery. They warm up any project.
I resisted buying reinkers for my mini cubes because of the cost, yet I was often faced with a too dry ink pad with my older cube purchases. After enrolling in Secret Garden 2026 and realizing that I had almost all of the colors needed, I discovered that many were too dry. Then I saw the reinker collection specifically curated for the retreat. I took the plunge and I am so glad that I did. So nice to have fresh ink pads. What a time saver this will be during the event when I can ink blend quickly, rather than have to go over it repeatedly to get enough color. I have no regrets about the cost. So nice to know that ink pads I purchased years ago, will still work as well as ones that I purchased more recently. I absolutely love all of the different colors and shades that are available through Altenew.
