I have used the die set for this swirl motif. It makes a lovely backdrop for die cut floral stamps and build-a-flower creations. This folder creates a the same, but softer, image. It's also a time saver. You get the same elegant look without cutting, coloring and gluing the die cut version.. perfect when you need to make a last minute card. It also means less layering and less bulk for cards that go through the mail. I'll still use the die cuts, but now I have options.

I have the swirl motif die set and have loved using them. This is on another level. I love adding embossed panels as a background mat. But sometimes a background can be busy and diverts attention from a stamped or painted floral image. This folder gives a simple, elegant focal point that adds interest without over powering the floral element I've worked hard on. Great combination.

I like using this embossing folder to add some depth and dimension to a card. Looks great with any Altenew flower and doesn't overwhelm them. Also works great with some of the art deco sets. Love it.

I can imagine so many different things to do with this embossing folder.
