I gave this 4 stars because I haven’t had a chance to work with this set yet, however I love the registration press plate concept and think this will make beautiful Christmas cards. I plan to work on those earlier than in past years! This set is lovely!

Beautiful

I used this to make many cards for Christmas. The Fresh Dye inks worked out great with these plates. It did take a bit of practice to get it lined up but the end result was colorful and clear.

FAQ

Questions? We've got you

You will need a compatible letterpress system, like the Spellbinders BetterPress, and a manual die-cutting machine to get the pressure required for that beautiful, deep debossed effect.

For the absolute best results with a letterpress finish, we recommend using dedicated letterpress inks, though you can also use Altenew Fresh Dye Inks and experiment with your favorite hot foil rolls.

Yes! Even though it is a press plate, it doubles as a hot foil plate, letting you add stunning metallic shine using your favorite hot foiling system.
