Oh, my gosh, how too fun is this set? Pitchers alone, pitchers as vases, pitchers with embossing, pitches with stenciling--I could be sitting at my desk for weeks and not run out of options and combinations! (laughter) Truly, this is such a versatile set, and I found it easy to work with all the components after watching the introductory video and reviewing the Layering Guide. I like putting stems through the slot on the fine-lined pitcher and also think that particular pitcher looks great when cut from metallic paper. Best of all is the fact that the embossing folder works perfectly in my mini die-cutting machine!
Love these vases they are so darn cute. Love that I have so many options! Glad I bought these.
Just tried to use this. I love pitchers which is why I bought the set. I think the handle on the tall pitcher is just too narrow.
I found it hard to emboss correctly and found the stencil a bit confusing. But it's still useful, and I can see just cutting the pitchers out of pretty patterned paper
or maybe stamping on them.
I’m somewhat a sucker for cute little vases so when I saw this die, stencil and embossing folder combo and it had a great price point, I knew I had to order it. I have lots of flowers and leaves in my stash so I just inked them up and filled up the vases. It’s easy and quick and was lots of fun to make! You won’t be disappointed with this set. I do hope that Altenew comes out with more of these types of sets.
Using pitchers for vases is not a new concept but this combination of embossing folder, stencil and die cut definitely gives birth to a lot of ideas for a variety of card designs. Have been having fun experimenting with all the elements of this bundle.
