I received the Fresh Freesia layering stencils, hot foil plate, and die over the holidays. I used it this morning and noticed 2 issues. One is minor - the layering stencil guide incorrectly identifies area B3 as B2. Not a biggie. My problem is with the cutting die. The support bar, which goes through the middle of the die and also cuts out two small areas in the flower area, leaves a mark in the image. I used Hamilco 120# cover paper (extremely smooth so good for hot foiling and ink blending). Does anyone have a suggestion how I can avoid the imprint of the non-cutting section of the die? I hope the photos help.
The die cuts well but I give it a 4 because I don't like the border it leaves.
I enjoy working with this set. The end result looks like the real thing in your garden.
I love the stamp and now I have the die to go along with it. Thanks!
I purchased the stamp first, then had to have the die, like the simplicity.
