I bought this because I love the die set that goes with this. I have used the die many times with watercolor scraps and made some really lovely flowers for cards. I thought this would compliment the die set, and it really does. I am just not very good at layered stamping. I first tried it with Distress Inks and did not like that as the ink is to blotchy. So I had a few pigment inks and liked the process much more but I did not have the right colors of ink for the look I wanted. I think with practice I will get better and I need to find ink colors that I love. I did try stamping just the leaves all over a piece of white cardstock so that I could put my die cut flowers in an arrangement on the front of a card. That turned out very nicely. I love all of the leaves and know I will stamp them to mix with other stamp sets.

I'm sure I'll get lots of use out of this floral stamp..once it arrives
