What makes a Special Workshop unique?

These are special crafting events hosted to celebrate Altenew milestones or feature guest artists and industry icons. They combine pre-recorded video lessons with a special live session where you can learn exclusive techniques, ask questions, and craft together in real time.

What happens if I miss the live session?

Don't worry about missing a moment. A complete recording of the live event is uploaded to your Altenew Academy account shortly after the stream wraps up, giving you lifetime access to replay it on your schedule.

How many lessons are included in a Special Workshop?

Special Workshops typically feature 1 to 4 pre-recorded video lessons paired with the main live workshop session to give you a complete, immersive learning experience.

What is the difference between Class Pass Only and Class Pass + Class Kit options?

The Class Pass Only option grants full digital access to all pre-recorded video lessons, live workshop streams, and replays. Select special events also offer a Class Pass + Regular Kit or Class Pass + Deluxe Kit so you can get event-exclusive supplies delivered straight to your door.

Is this workshop beginner-friendly?

Embossing Folders

I’m excited for this class! Not only do I admire the instructor’s work, but I I’m also looking forward to learning ways to get more out of my embossing folders.

Brilliant class

I love this class, it led me to see the embossing folders in a whole new way!!

Awesome class!

I highly recommend that you take this class if you only emboss with embossing folders. Jaycee is an awesome instructor and has so many creative and inspirational ideas for you to do more with your embossing folders than simply embossing. He takes things to the next step time and again and has some amazing card ideas. I loved this class and still have to finish it, however I watched each lesson already and have all the projects printed out. Thanks Jaycee!

Awesome class

Packed with inspiration and Jaycee's unique creative eye. His explanations are thorough and include principles of design that apply beyond this class. It sparked my creativity and gave me many techniques to explore for weeks to come. I don't (yet) own the bundle the class is based around but I was still able to use supplies I already have to complete the lessons. I highly recommend this class.
