Frequently Asked Questions

How is a Workshop different from an On-Demand Class?

While On-Demand classes feature pre-recorded lessons only, a Workshop combines pre-recorded video lessons with an interactive live session. This gives you the best of both worlds: structured video training paired with the opportunity to ask questions and interact with your instructor and fellow students live.

Do I need prior card making experience to join a Workshop?

Not at all. Every workshop breaks techniques down into clear, approachable steps so beginners can follow along easily while experienced crafters pick up exciting new tricks.

Do I have to keep to a schedule for a Workshop?

The pre-recorded video lessons are completely self-paced, so you can watch them anytime. The live session is hosted at a specific date and time, but if you cannot attend live, a full video replay is uploaded, and you can find it on your Altenew Academy account shortly after the session ends.

How long will I have access to the Workshop lessons and replays?

You get lifetime virtual access. All pre-recorded video lessons, live session replays, and downloadable project sheets remain in your Altenew Academy account permanently.

What is the difference between Class Pass Only and Class Pass + Kit options?

The Class Pass Only option gives you full access to all pre-recorded video lessons, live sessions, and replays. If you want curated supplies shipped directly to your door, you can choose the Class Pass + Regular Kit or upgrade to the Class Pass + Deluxe Kit for additional coordinating goodies.

What a class!!!

Perfect AECP level 3 class. Amazing composition class by Jaycee, after taking this class, the way I design my card has changed. I take a more professional way to design my card, give it more thoughts and attention. Amazing class for me AECP level 3.

Great Class

Have just started to watch the 1st few lessons and already I'm learning new things. I don't consider myself a beginner card maker either!
