I ordered this item but it was not shipped with my order. Upon receipt I sent a message to the support desk and received a very quick response and was told it would be shipped and a very sweet apology was given. I waited a week and when I didn’t receive it I sent another text and Jho researched and told me in was on back order. I had the option of waiting or getting a store credit. Again, Jho apologized for the oversight and I opted for the store credit. You may wonder why I gave the product a 5 star rating when I didn’t receive it, the 5 star rating is for the quality of product and employees of Altenew.
