November 2022 Marvelous Monthly Series Project Inspiration

For this month's release, I was lucky to get the Craft-A-Flower Sulfur Cosmos Layering Dies. This stunning flower was perfect to create a layout for my Lovely Layers with Lilith Series over on YouTube.

You can see it below. It was one of the easiest layouts to create, yet it has lots of fun layers and detail.

TIPS:

You can use several techniques with the Craft-A-Flower Sets to create florals with fun shades.

Be lazy (like me) and use Altenew patterned papers. For this set, I used the Soft Washes 6×6 Paper Pack. The advantage of this set is that the papers have a wash of colors making each flower petal very unique.
Get out your inks and ink up white cardstock in different shades.
Use Altenew Ink Sprays. This is also super easy but does take some time to dry.
Another technique is to watercolor a piece of cardstock or paper. This will create fun effects but might need a bit of time to dry.
