Welcome to this year's Celebrating Parents Card Drive!

Do you want to find easy ways to share joy this season? Donate your handmade cards to a meaningful cause! Join this unique card drive and spread love, one card at a time!

As Mother's Day and Father's Day draw near, it can be a challenging period for seniors residing in nursing homes or shelters. We want these individuals to feel cherished, appreciated, and respected. That is the reason why we arranged the Celebrating Parents Card Drive, as we have done in the past.

As crafters and card makers, we know how meaningful it is to share our handmade creations, and this card drive will help you do just that!

JOIN OUR CELEBRATING PARENTS CARD DRIVE 2024!

We will be collecting handmade cards between February 26 to April 19, and each donor is eligible to win one of FIVE $30 Altenew gift certificates! If you use #AltenewCardDrive when you share your Celebrating Parents cards on social media, you are entered to win one of three additional $15 gift certificates! The winners will be announced on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 12, 2024.

Here are some important reminders and guidelines:

• Cards may be for Mother’s Day and/or Father’s Day. Sentiments should be generic – a specific greeting such as “so happy you’re my dad” wouldn’t really work.
• Please sign your name on the inside of each card. Feel free to include a note and where you are from.
• Note: Please avoid including any vulgar language, promotional material, or religious messages in your cards.
• Kindly put each card in an envelope and make sure they are not sealed.
• To enter the giveaway, please include a post-it note with your name and email address.
• We would love for you to use Altenew products, but of course, your cards may feature products from other companies!

GIVING BACK

For this year, we're choosing one of our bestselling collections – our Alcohol Markers – to help support this cause and aid you in creating your Mother’s Day and Father’s Day cards (and other year-round crafting projects)!

We're donating $1 with every order from the Alcohol Markers collection from 2/26/2024 until 4/30/2024 to the Food Bank of Central New York to support seniors in need.

The Celebrating Parents Card Drive is another great way for you to show the amazing love and support that we share in the crafting community!
