Video: Coffee with a Splash and More!
Hello, Altenew fans!
Today, I'm sharing a layout and a video showcasing the Coffee with a Splash and Tea Time stamp sets.
I love these sets but creating a layout with one of these themes was a little difficult. I decided to create a layout about my boys and created a fun circular background with the Coffee with a Splash Stamp Set and added some details with the Tea Time Stamp Set.
I love using stamps that have a theme for a totally different occasion. I always use them a lot more if I can dissociate them from the theme.
For the heart shapes, I picked out three different sizes from the Halftone Hearts Nesting Die Set. Adding a border around the edge makes them stand out.
I also tried to create three clusters and placed them in a visual triangle to guide the eye over the layout.
The circular design is one I use over and over and each layout is always a little different. By adding cut-out flowers from one of the papers from the Reflection Scrapbook Collection and some butterflies, I was able to add dimension and flow.
The title is from the chipboard sheet in the Our Family Scrapbook Collection. These words are perfect for family orientated projects.
