How to Create a Folding Envelope Album

Kymona here to show you how to create a folding envelope album using some patterned paper from the Reflection Scrapbook Collection.
Let's take a look at my folding envelope album:
Albums are fun to make! This one is no exception. It's made up of envelopes. It's perfect for storing photos, tags, tickets, and other goodies you might want to hold on to.
Here's how this album was created:
First, cut two pieces of patterned paper slightly bigger than the envelopes you are using. Put them aside.
Then, adhere the envelopes together using strong double-sided tape. The front of the second envelope will adhere to the flap of the first envelope.
Continue to do that for all of the envelopes you are using. You want to create an accordion look.
To create a sturdy cover, cut a piece of thicker cardstock slightly smaller than the patterned paper and adhere it down.
Trim the corners, creating a V shape to remove the bulk.
Fold the edges down and adhere.
Next, adhere a piece of cut ribbon in the center to create the closure.
Cut a piece of patterned paper the same size as the cover and adhere that down. That will cover the ribbon.
Follow the steps above for the back cover.
Adhere the first envelope to the front cover and the last envelope to the back cover.
Decorate the envelope with wooden veneers from the Our Family Collection.
For the cover, decorate it using the Reflection Collection Die Cuts.
All you have to do now is add your photos, tags, or other trinkets.
