Hello Altenew friends! It's Reiko here, and I'm excited to be joining you today. I'm sharing a 6" x 6" scrapbook layout that I came up with using Altenew's 3D Embossing Folders. Adding texture to any handmade project is a piece of cake with these unique 3D Embossing Folders!

Create Texture with 3D Embossing Folders!

I started by running my scrapbook layout base through Angled Mosaic 3D Embossing Folder for a lovely textured effect. This also gives my background an amazing geometric design comprised of triangles and parallelograms. Next, I cut the HUG word out of Glitter Cardstock Set - Dazzling Diamond using the Hello and Hugs Die Set.

Textured backgrounds are always a good idea! I like adding Washi Tapes or Ink Sprays.
