Cut it once and score along the lines, fold back the tabs, and adhere to your card or scrapbook layout. If you cut two of them, you can adhere them to each other to create a fully 3D star, just perfect for holiday ornaments or home decor. This die is about 4 inches in diameter, so the finished project would be slightly less than that.

1. Use less than 80 # cardstock. 2. Fold the glue-flaps and run through the Gemini or Big Shot to crease them well. 3. Do the valley folds first, then the mountain folds. 4. Now glue the tabs while slightly flattening the star. ( don't worry, the mountain folds will return once you've glued the fourth point) 5. Don't forget to add a string before the last point is glued.
Didn't receive die until after the holidays, but this hasn't dampened my spirits. It has given me more time to fulfill my promise to the care home residents for Christmas 2021. The more I make the more ideas swirl into my mind, furthering the " impressive yet extremely easy " factor.
Love this die, cuts very clean and easily. It didn't come until after Christmas (postal back-up) so I didn't have a chance to make ornaments like I'd planned. But I have made a few and spritzed them with silver and gold. Very pretty. I like that it's 3-D as well.
