3 Easy Mushroom Cottage Card Layouts | Creative Die-Cutting with Bibi Cameron
Hello from Scotland, this is Bibi Cameron and today I'm sharing 3 easy mushroom cottage card layouts to showcase new crafting goodies from the Altenew August Release 2024.
For these mushroom cottage card ideas, you'll need the following:
- Mushroom Cottage Layering Die Set
- Craft Your Life Project Kit: Chocolate Flowers ( flowers)
- Piped Waffle Die (Background texture)
- Tranquil Greetings Stamp & Die Set ( sentiments)
- Emerald City Gem Sparkles
- Crafty Necessities Cardstock

- First, I die-cut the different shapes out of colored cardstock and I added a little bit of ink at the edges for some interest.
- Then, I assembled each image and arranged them on the front panels as you see in the pictures.
- To finish, I added white heat-embossed sentiments on black cardstock and gems.
Crafty Necessities Cardstock
To make the cards in this post, I also used the new Crafty Necessities Cardstock. Here are the colored cardstock and ink colors I used for each die-cut element.
- Mushrooms: Misty Moor, Marshland, Crimson, Paper Bag + Espresso Fresh Ink
- Leaves: Olive + Mountain Fresh Ink
- Stones: Morning Frost + Pure Grapithe Fresh Ink.
- Piped Waffle Texture: Morning Frost
*The Chocolate Flowers were cut out of white cardstock and I added Fresh Dye Inks listed in the supplies list here.
