3. Cover the "hope" die-cut with some sparkling clear lacquer pen. 
4. Finally, adhere the card front to your card base, add some sequins and metallic splatters, and voila!

3. Using Antique Gold Metallic Ink Spray, spray through the stencil at least 6 to 8 inches away from your panel.
4. Attach the card panel to a base, and add other embellishments such as gold sequins. 

After creating the background, you can stamp a design on a similar-colored magenta cardstock, heat emboss it with gold embossing powder, and die cut it to complete the card!
