Each month we release a new Stencil Art Design. The bi-monthly subscription means that we will send you the newly released Stencil Art Set without you having to go to our website to order it each month.

What is included in the set?
The Stencil Art Subscription comes with a 6” x 6” layering stencil set. Each set includes 6 stencils. *Note: This set is only available through the subscription plan

How much is it?
The price of the subscription is $23.99 per month plus shipping and tax (calculated based on the location of the shipping address). This will auto-renew every month until it is canceled.

How often will I be billed?
You will be billed every other month after your initial sign-up. The subscription will auto-charge the card on file on the 27th, on a bi-monthly schedule. For example, if you sign up on the 2nd of this month, you will be charged for that, and your renewals will be charged by the 27th every other month.

Can I cancel or skip a month?
Yes! You will have full control over your subscription! You can cancel your subscription at any time and you also have the option to skip a month. You can make the changes to your subscription when you log in to your account at Altenew.com and click on Manage Subscription. We send out newsletters before a new design is released so if you don't want the next design you can absolutely opt to skip a month. IMPORTANT: Make sure to make the changes in your account before your subscription auto-renews to avoid unwanted charges.

When will it ship?
Our shipping policy of 5-7 business days processing will apply to this subscription so it will ship 5-7 business days after the subscription is renewed. For more information on shipping please click HERE.

If I get charged for a set that I don't want can I return it?
Absolutely! If the set is unused, you are welcome to return it for a store credit. Our policy on Refunds/Exchange will still apply to this subscription.

Why is my FREE shipping code or any DISCOUNT code not working?
The monthly subscription is already discounted therefore it is no longer eligible for any further discount. If you order other products along with the subscription, we suggest to place a separate order for them so the other products will be eligible for any promotion that you would like to take advantage of.
