Return, Exchange, and Replacement Policy

  • Return & Exchange Window: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software, and opened/used items are non-returnable.

  • Replacement: If you received a defective or damaged product, we’ll gladly exchange it for the same item at no additional cost.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@altenew.com with your order number and reason for return. Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll provide a return authorization and detailed shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item and send it back using the provided instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  4. Processing Time: Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item. 

  5. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued in the form of Store Credit once processed. 

**Retailer Purchases: If you purchased Altenew products from one of our retailers, please contact them first for assistance.
