Like the fine tip for those thin lines.

This is the first time I've had to give a negative review of an Altenew product. I tried for an hour to get the glue to materialize. (no easy task when your hands are arthritic) When it finally came out there was a few drops & then nothing. I LOVE Altenew. Everything they manufacture is fabulous. This not so much😥

When I first had this, it worked beautifully. After a couple of uses, it became completely clogged. I called Altenew and tried all the things they suggested. None worked. I still got no glue whatsoever. I called again and they just told me to keep trying. I did and it never did work again. So, if you can keep it working, it's great. For me it was NOT.

My glue pen did not work when I first got it and I tried everything. When I emailed the company they said to run it under warm water, mine was very warm but not quite hot and I ran the entire pen under for about 2 minutes and then cleaned it with a strong cloth towel. After that I tapped it on a piece a paper and kept squeezing the tube and BINGO it works like a dream Thank you Altenew !

As others have noted, I cannot get this pen to work. I have tried everything that Altenew has suggested and also things I have tried and none of them work. I really don't understand why this pen doesn't work. I have always loved all the items IL have ordered and received from your company and I have a whole large box filled but this one seems to be a loser.
