Whitelist Instructions

You will need to WhiteList our email address support@altenew.com to ensure that you are updated with our weekly sales, promotions, monthly new releases, and more!

If you are not receiving email you are expecting from ALTENEW, please click on your email client from the list below and follow the quick & simple instructions:

DESKTOP E-MAIL CLIENTS:

  • Gmail
  • Yahoo
  • Outlook
  • AOL
  • Apple Mail

MOBILE E-MAIL CLIENTS:

  • Android Devices
  • iOS Devises & iPhone

DESKTOP E-MAIL CLIENTS:

Gmail

    - Please check your Gmail Spam or Folder,  If you see an email from ALTENEW please do the following:

    1. Open the Email.
    2. Click the button on the toolbar labeledNot Spam” as shown in the image below.

    OR

    1. Simply click and drag the email from your spam folder (before opening it) onto your inbox tab on the left hand side menu as shown in the image below.

     

    - If you don’t find an Email from ALTENEW in the spam folder, check the Promotions folder. If you see an email from ALTENEW please do the following:

    1. Simply click and drag the email from your Promotions folder (before opening it) onto your Primary folder as shown in the image below.

      Yahoo

      Please check your Yahoo Spam or Folder,  If you see an email from ALTENEW please do the following:

      1. Open the Email.
      2. Click the button on the toolbar, labeledNot a spam” as shown in the image below.

      OR

      1. Simply click and drag the email from your spam folder (before opening it) onto your inbox tab on the left hand side menu as shown in the image below.

        Outlook

        Previously "Hotmail", "Live", "Windows Live" and "MSN"...

        Please check your Outlook Junk Email Folder. If you see an email from ALTENEW please do the following:

        1. Open the Email.
        2. Click on the top right drop down menu icon and choose “Add to Safe Senders” and confirm as shown in the image below.

        OR
        1. Select the email and click the “Not junk” menu on the top menu, then select “Not Junk” as shown in the image below.

        OR

        1. Open the Email, and click the “It’s not a spam” label, below the Email’s subject line as shown in the image below.

         

        OR
        1. In your Outlook.com interface, on the top right corner, click on the tools icon.
        2. Choose “View All Outlook Settings
        3. On the opened windows, choose “Mail” on the “Settings” menu on the left, then choose “Junk Email” from the expanded “Layout” menu.
        4. Scroll down a little bit and add “support@altenew.com” in the “Safe Sender” box as shown in the image below.

         

        AOL

        Please check your AOL Mail Spam Folder. If you see an email from ALTENEW please do the following:

        1. Select or open the email and on top, click on “OK” (not a spam) as shown in the image below.

        OR

        1. Select or open the email, from the top menu click on “More” and choose “Move to: Inbox” as shown in the image below.

         

        OR

        1. Click and Drag the Email to your Inbox Folder on the left hand menu as shown in the image below.

         

        Apple/iCloud Mail

        1. First, if an email from support@altenew.com ends up in your junk folder, highlight or open it and click "Not Junk" at the top of your screen.
        2. Then go to Mail > Preferences from your Mail menu

        3. Go to the Rules tab
        4. Select “Add Rule

        5. Give this rule a name such as "Altenew"

        6. Create a rule that says "If any of the following conditions are met: 'From' 'Contains'" and then paste in "support@altenew.com"

        7. From the actions, select 'Move message' to mailbox 'Inbox'.

        8. Click "OK"

          MOBILE E-MAIL CLIENTS:

          iOS Devices – iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch

          1. On any message, tap the sender and add to either a new contact or an existing contact.

           

          Android Devices

          In the default email client, please check your Spam Folder. If you see an Email from ALTENEW, please do the following:

          1. Open the email, click on the Email’s menu “three dots” on the top right, and choose “Report not spam” as shown in the image below.

          OR

          1. Click on the “Spam” label, then tick the box by the “Inbox” label and click “OK” as shown in the image below.
