I have slowly come back to wax seals via Altenew and finding the passion for adding a little fun to my projects. Practice I have found is key to getting the wax seals to appear as you wish. If you are considered about "wasting" wax beads look at it this way, you can melt the mistakes and use the wax again, or mistakes happen and sometime they produce eye interest. I do find using the silicone mat a huge help in getting my seals to work well. As with real cookies some have sprinkles some do not. Add a few very tiny seed beads to the just melted wax and then pour and stamp the seal you have sprinkled cookies, try some tiny shaker elements this way too, just remember to add the elements just at the very end of the melting process.
