Artist Watercolor 24 Pan Set
This gorgeous set of 24 individually wrapped half pans coordinates perfectly with our Altenew color families. The artist-grade colors are intensely pigmented with little to no granulation, and blend beautifully. They are stored in a convenient metal case, designed with space for your brush and a palette in the lid for mixing.
This watercolor pan set has rich deep color, which is what I was looking for. The colors did not fade very much at all when dry.
I'm really enjoying these watercolors - the colors are beautiful and they are great to work with. I'll be buying the metallics next!
Great colors
I paint watercolor using artist grade paper and paints. Loved the palette on this little beauty (not black--so rare), so bit the $50 bullet, bought it. It has surprisingly wonderful half pans that wet beautifully and are quality paints! No one was more surprised than I. I'd previously purchased altenew's metallics, and they too, are the best metallics of ANY I've purchased. Beginning to end, terrific paints, decent price. I'd buy again and again if they stay this level of quality. I wouldn't use them for pro pieces (fugitive), but they're creamy and great to work with.
The watercolors are vibrant and go on very smooth. I am just beginning to learn how to watercolor images for cards. With these paints, it actually looks like I have been doing it for a long time. They have been fun to work with and I love the results I get.
