I ordered the Majestic Roses Layering Stencil. Package came quickly and in good condition. I went online and watched the you tube video on how to use this set. I had the package in my lap while watching. Great video I could follow along no problem.
So, at last I open my package had the stencils and the card they came with, but not the instruction folder. I contacted your customer care and what they did was to send me the link so I could download it. I think I like this better as I can enlarge it as much as I want. Your service
