This embossing folder is so versatile! It can be used to create waves, wind, sand, or just a fun design! It's convenient that the embossing folder doesn't emboss the entire card panel because then the embossed portion of the folder can be used for different parts of the card panel: bottom, side, or top depending on your card design.

I originally thought this would be fun for beach scene cards, but it's so abstract, it can be used for just about any type background. Nice, deep emboss.

What fun is this! An embossing folder that can be used both for land and seascapes? I normally prefer folders with an all-over design but have been inspired to up my game with this one. I've used it to create both ocean waves and a mountain look on recent cards, and when my skill set improves, will go for something with the look of haystacks, like in the paintings of some of the Impressionists. Thank you, Altenew, for a product which not only has current use but is one I can grow into.
