Previously my only gray inks were the rock grays which seem to be a green blue leaning gray which goes beautifully with nature settings and is "cool". But for clear tinted black I prefer these. Actually to be precise I see these more as a warm gray, red leaning. Both are great, just different traits.

I have a lot of grey ink, from nearly black to smokey white but this set kind of fills in the missing gaps. I reach for this set most of all.

I love these colors especially for the outlining of my floral stamps prior to coloring or blending. Also, really great for toning down and softening the card greetings as a break from black ink lettering on softer colored graphics.
