Altenew did it again!!! We are avid campers. I saw this set and wanted to BE IN IT! I already have a plan to teach a beach scene using this set for my next card Club. The ladies will LOVE it!

I thought off and on about getting this die set and am so glad I decided to get it. I used it along with the Strong Oak die set to create a 5x7 card that turned out as I envisioned. The Fireside Escape was easy to layer together with the keyhole technique. I can’t wait to make some great camping cards. Love this set!

Fireside Escape Die Set

I'm from the Adirondacks, so this die set was a must have for me. The Layering Guide and Key-Hole system make it quite easy to put together, creating a realistic scene with minimal fiddly bits. The set absolutely shines with autumn and winter nighttime sceens (the time of year I purchased it). I'm delighted to report, however, that it's equally as lovely when used to create daytime spring and summer scenes--I've had fun transforming the firepit into a planter full of mini flowers and vines, and've even filled it with water!
