The purchase of the gift card went smooth. Sent to a friend as a gift. However, they were not eligible for the current promotion, which was to receive an additional gift card due to their purchase amount. They were unable to check out using the purchased gift card because a free gift card was automatically added to their card as a reward for purchasing over a certain amount. They offered a different promotion in its place, after reaching out, of a free gift, but not of my friends choice. Since I purchased the initial giftcard, it should have spent like cash with no restrictions. I'd have given my friend actual money if I'd known there would be a hassle. Turned a well meaning birtjday gift into a disappointing experience.

So easy to purchase this gift for my wife who loves crafting. I highly recommend to everyone who wants to give the perfect gift.
