With the Creative Cuts Monthly Subscription, you’ll receive the newly released die or die set delivered right to your doorstep—no need to visit our website to place an order each month!
What is included in the set?
The Creative Cuts Subscription comes with one of the following types of dies or die sets: cover dies, word dies, or layering dies, all designed to inspire and elevate your paper crafting projects.
The subscription is priced at $22.99/month, plus shipping and tax (calculated based on your shipping address). It will auto-renew every month until you choose to cancel.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed once a month after your initial sign-up. The subscription will auto-charge the card on file on the 27th of each month. For example, if you sign up on the 2nd, you’ll be charged for that month, and renewals will occur on the 27th of the following month.
Can I cancel or skip a month?
Absolutely! You have full control over your subscription. You can cancel at any time or skip a month. Simply log in to your account at Altenew.com and click on "Manage Subscription" to make changes.
When will it ship?
Our shipping policy of 5-7 business days processing will apply to this subscription so it will ship 5-7 business days after the subscription is renewed. For more information on shipping please click HERE.
What if I get charged for a set that I don’t want?
Absolutely! If the set is unused, you are welcome to return it for a store credit. Our policy on Refunds/Exchange will still apply to this subscription.
Why is my FREE shipping code or any DISCOUNT code not working?
No worries! If the set is unused, you can return it for store credit. Our policy on refunds and exchanges applies to this subscription as well.
