<p>The retreat kit will start shipping in mid-September. If you add other items with your October retreat registration, they will all ship together in mid-September.</p>

<button class="accordion"><strong>Do I need to purchase additional items for this retreat?</strong></button>

<p>Instructors will share their supply lists two weeks before the event. You can use basic supplies you already have or purchase additional items based on the lists provided. </p>

<button class="accordion"><strong>Where will I find the supply list for each class?</strong></button>

<p>Once the supply list is ready, we will notify you via email. You can find the supply list for each class under their respective lessons in the retreat section of Altenew Academy. </p>

<button class="accordion"><strong>When will we get access to the project instructions?</strong></button>

<p>Exclusive <strong>project instructions PDFs</strong> will be emailed to you a week before the event. These PDFs include step-by-step project instructions and preparation tasks. </p>

<button class="accordion"><strong>Will this kit be released after the retreat?</strong></button>

<p>Yes. The brand-new products included in the kit <strong>will be released at a later date</strong>. However, the additional items are available at Altenew.com.</p>

<button class="accordion"><strong>Where will this retreat take place?</strong></button>

<p>The retreat is virtual and will be hosted on the Zoom platform. Zoom links will be emailed and posted in the retreat Facebook group two days before the event. Please visit the </strong><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="color: #bf9000;"><a style="color: #bf9000;" href="https://zoom.us/" target="_blank">Zoom website</a></span> and create an account. Then, download and install the </strong><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="color: #bf9000;"><a style="color: #bf9000;" href="https://zoom.us/download" target="_blank">Zoom client</a></span>. You must do this to attend the live classes on <strong>October 12th</strong>. If you need help, there are many video tutorials on the </strong><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="color: #bf9000;"><a style="color: #bf9000;" href="https://zoom.us/" target="_blank">Zoom website</a></span>. If you already have the Zoom client, launch it once before the retreat in case of a new update. </p>

<button class="accordion"><strong>Will there be a Facebook group for this retreat?</strong></button>

<p>Yes, you will receive an invitation to join the exclusive retreat Facebook group closer to the event date. The group is where you can interact with instructors and participants. The link will also be in your order confirmation email, so please check your email carefully when purchasing the retreat.
Additionally, we will host exciting <strong>pre-retreat events, including product reveal, unboxing, and demo sessions</strong>. To ensure seamless acceptance into the group, join and answer the membership questions!
