What great texture with this embossing folder. I need to check it out with a little color but my first card with the folder made a great background.
I love herringbone design and this folder gives a crisp, 3D imprint on both cardstock and patterned paper. It also enabled me to ink the prominent areas for a two tone effect.
Herringbone pattern is a long time favorite of mine and this embossing folder seems like an old friend, Spraying a little water onto your card stock gives the most amazing results with this deeply detailed pattern. Highly recommend.
What I like about this embossing folder is that it works for creating a full background or just a strip for embellishing a card background. It can be used as is or with inking added to create so many options.
