This set is so well designed! Because the dies create rows of raised dots (or pinprick holes, depending on the paper thickness) without cut lines around them, cardmakers are able to use them in a ton of ways besides rectangle shapes.

I love this die set and can use it in so many creative ways. I took off one star because the holes don’t seem to pierce through the cardstock completely. I was adding more shims to try to get it to pierce completely and it sort of damaged the die. I was using Neenah 110lb classic crest for reference. Maybe just user error? But I think I remember Jennifer McGuire mentioning in her video that it doesn’t pierce all the way through the cardstock and that’s how I knew it wasn’t just me.

The second I had this die in my hand I tried it. I had a stamp of a gym shoe and was trying to figure out how to do a very straight and precise "x" cross shoe lace and this die was perfect for making the cross shoe lace. I can't wait to see what else I can make with it.

I really like being able to add a touch of stitching to my projects. These are perfect!

Love the dies but must admit I have not used them for string art yet. They are a great guide for ink pen stitching if you have trouble keeping the pen dashes straight and spaced well. Very versatile and super quality as all Altenew products
