great class for simple but great was to make cards
Laura did a good job with her presentation and I enjoyed watching the videos. I just wished for something more in depth. For a beginner, it was awesome and I appreciated the work of other "students". As always, I love my Altenew
I was a bit disappointed in this class as the lessons were simplistic and the cards felt a little rushed in the making. I thought there would be a gradual adding on of skills as we went thru each lesson.
I enjoyed the class. The segments were brief and interesting. Though I wouldn't mind if they were a little longer. However they were better than having to watch for an hour with idle chit chat. Being able to submit what you learned was nice too. No matter how much you know you always learn something from whatever you do. I like that you sent each segment everyday.
So having finished the last two lessons, I am sitting here feeling a bit disappointed. There were certainly some creative ideas shown, but nothing I haven't seen before. It was well presented, and certainly the ideas could be used in many different contexts, which is what I really look for in a class, as I don't always have the same supplies that the demonstrator is using. Some of the cards made and uploaded were beautiful too, so that gave me more ideas.....great class for beginners for sure!
