The Best Alcohol Markers

Altenew alcohol markers are, hands down, the best ones on the market for several reasons. Aside from being well made, the color range is excellent without being overwhelming and come in coordinating gradient shades that blend beautifully. Also, the brush and fine tip nibs are perfect for coloring small-to-large images, and the ink can be refilled. I prefer them to Copic, which has a chisel nib I don't like and a flimsy brush nib. Altenew alcohol markers are a must-have for papercrafters.

Coffee Break alcohol markers

Like the colors. Very easy to use. Great for shading.

Great for shading

The Coffee Break set is great for shading where a black marker would be harsh and grays would not give the depth needed. I have several sets of Altenew Artist Markers and I love their performance, so adding the Coffee Break set while it was on sale was an easy choice.
