I love this die! In the beginning I thought the die will only gut a broad frame with thin embossing lines, so it was a happy surprise to me that I get all these frames by just running it one time through my die cutting machine. I had no problem die cutting as described in earlier reviews. Independent if you use single frames or multiple frames together I would highly recommend to use double-sided adhesive paper as it is much easier to add the frames to your crafting.

I plan to cut a batch of these in shimmer cardstocks and use them as embellishments. They're perfect for that final touch on many creations.

Unfortunately this die will go into the trash. I tried multiple times with several different weights of paper. It just does not cut well at all, and I don't feel like using my X-acto blade on it each time.

I have needed a frame die for a long time and this simple die is now an essential in my crafting.

This die has one job: to cut. It does not. I've tried several sandwiches and shim combinations. The long sides cut nicely, the short sides not at all. I can use it for an embossed element on cards, but I also desire the individual frames. I love the design concept, here, and I would like to give it more stars, if only it worked fully.

I have many, many Altenew dies, right up until this one they are wonderful, reliable, and just right.
