I love this subscription. Each month I get a beautiful stamp that I can watercolor or use my markers to color. The stamps are high quality and create fantastic images.
Great as always
I received the September Paint-a-Flower set, African Daisies. This stamp worked well with a watercolor technique that Erum used in one of her videos. I have to make a LOT of birthday cards, so I'm going to try the technique with other Altenew flower stamps I have. The image on the left used Erum's technique. The image on the right was painted with alcohol inks.
I do have a question — how do I see the new month's release? Is there a way to preview them?
As with all the Paint-a-Flower stamps, this one stamps cleanly, has nice details and the sentiments are lovely.
My 88-yo mother, who is now living with me, has rediscovered her love of water coloring after an 80-year absence and she is really enjoying making cards with these stamps.
The White Swan Echinacea is a fun stamp to work with. For me the more defined edges of the stamp make adding color and blending much easier than some other designs. The sentiments in this stamp set are so appropriate for these days with get wells, virtual hugs and care. Love adding this to my Paint -a-flower collection.
